XyloKerf is designed as a local-first cut planning app. This policy explains what data the app handles and how it is used.

Data collection

XyloKerf does not collect, sell, rent, or share personal data. The app does not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

Data stored on your device

Projects, material presets, offcuts, settings, and cut plans are stored locally on your device. This data is used only to provide the app’s features, including autosave, cut optimization, checklists, and exports.

Purchases and subscriptions

XyloKerf Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. XyloKerf does not receive or store payment card details. The app checks App Store subscription status to unlock Pro features such as unlimited active projects and PDF/CSV export.

Exports

When you export a PDF or CSV, XyloKerf creates the file on your device and opens the system share sheet. You choose where that file goes. XyloKerf does not upload exports to a server.

Network access

XyloKerf’s core planning workflow works offline. The app does not require an account or a network connection for project planning.

Children’s privacy

XyloKerf is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Deleting data

You can delete local XyloKerf data from the app’s Settings screen. You may also remove the app from your device to delete locally stored app data.
